At Universal Audio, we stand behind the quality of our professional audio interfaces and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your UA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully repackage the device in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware and deactivate associated software licenses, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
